We offer nationwide delivery across NZ. North Island orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while South Island and rural deliveries may take 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for sporting gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear or compression gear cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, you can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Orders are usually ready for pickup from our Auckland warehouse within 4 hours of placement during business hours.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as popular buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay and Laybuy.
Are your products covered by a warranty?

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link from our courier partner (NZ Post or Mainfreight).
