Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship to SportZone

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any New Zealand Post collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
